Youth Ministry

"The most important one," answered Jesus, "is this: 'Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself. There is no commandment greater than these."

Mark 12:29-31

LifeGuard. An intercessory prayer ministry for the students of First Presbyterian Church. One adult prays for one student every day by name throughout the school year. This ministry is crucial and serves as the very foundation of all that we are and do. If you would like to be involved please contact Donny.

Youth Staff. Our youth staff are parents and adults who love and serve our students in various ways (providing meals, driving, leading small groups, teaching, chaperoning an event, etc.) We would love to have you serving with us. If you have any interest in being involved with the youth ministry at First Pres please contact Donny.

Internships. If you have an authentic and passionate relationship with Jesus, love students, are interested in youth ministry, and would like to have an amazing experience serving in a vibrant and healthy ministry, then look no further. For an application for employment and position descriptions for the internships, please see “Forms” below. We are now accepting applications for Summer 2011.
