Get Involved
Our worship service blends the best of new worship songs, traditional hymns, choral anthems and praise classics. Sometimes it's a new Chris Tomlin song and sometimes a classic hymn led by the choir, but it's always for the glory of God. If you'd like to get involved in the Worship Ministry, here are some of the opportunities.
Chancel Choir
The choir leads worship each Sunday morning, late August to early June. We also participate in seasonal concerts and worship events. We sing a wide variety of music from classics to spirituals. Anyone, 11th grade and up is welcome to join the choir.
Rehearsals are Thursday evenings 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. If you'd like to get involved with the Choir, contact us here.
Praise Band
The praise band leads in worship each week with several gifted musicians that make the contemporary music come alive. Practice is on Thursday nights after choir. If you'd like to get involved with the praise band, contact us here.
Children's Choirs
Ages 1st grade - 5th grade are part of our mid-week program for families. The program will include music, activity, and dinner. The choirs participate in worship about once a month and in our Christmas Concert, a musical, and the Children's Choir festival later in the year. Handbell Choir
Handbell choir(s) meet weekly and include a mix of ages and musical abilities. If you're interested in being involved with a handbell choir, contact us here.
"We Praise" Team
The "We Praise" team is the leadership team that exists to facilitate and lead the congregation into meaningful worship experiences. The team is made up of people with a connection or interest in the Worship Arts ministry, plus an elder or congregation members at large. Big picture decisions are made concerning day-to-day ministry. The team meets at 6:30 p.m. on the fourth Monday of each month, contact us here.
"Girls Ensemble: 6th - 8th gr.

Technical Teams

Gifted Artists
We're excited about the possibilities of using the gifts of all kinds of artists in the service of worship. These gifts may include, but are not limited to, painting, sculpture, photography, graphic arts, drama, etc. We're just beginning to explore how God will use these gifts in our church.
